The oil painting is a part of my series of paintings devoted to love and our paths in life.

The artwork is a conceptualized view of one of the fields in the Vancouver suburbs, where I love to do my plein-airs during summer time.

The different paths in the painting are allegories of our paths in life. Everybody is experiencing the life differently. The only thing that always remains constant for all of us is love, which is the most important thing in the world. We all are taking different paths in life. Luckily, all of the paths we take eventually lead to love ❤️

“Yellow and Happy” is full of sumptuous and vivid colours. It is a multilayer painting as most of my artworks are, with pastous, very thick and rich texture.

The painting is framed in a black metal frame, and is ready to be hung on your wall.
